I like the free hanging tit. Oh and, Umaycallusq, female genital mutilation is only widely practiced in West Africa and a narrow band of mid Africa. Since the sign is in English my guess is that the location is somewhere in south Africa where the ritual is not practiced in any great number and is indeed outlawed entirely in many of the constituent countries.
