How DOES one pronounce that?

'The boy's name Gino is pronounced JEE-no. It is of Italian origin. Short form of Ambrogino (Greek) "ever-living" or Luigino or Eugenio, from Eugene (Greek) "well-born." Gino has 3 variant forms: Geno, Jeno and Jino.' Don't ask me why in the hell I bothered to look that up. I'm bored as hell today. :P

I used to think it was "jenno" (similar to the term "generate") but then I saw the original Japanese name has Romaji "Jīno" so "jeeno" is correct.
