Star Wars: ILM fails

Several crap fx were caused by mistakes like an editor accidently marking a frame with permanent ink. Darth Editous of originaltrilogy.com (http://www.originaltrilogy.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=9&threadid=2425)did what ILM couldn't.
