Very nice indeed, but I don't think the laughing syncs very well with the animation. Not sure if that's intended or not. :|

It's from Street Fighter II V. It's been out on DVD for quite some time. Pretty good series, almost as good as the Animated Movie. Follows a different plot from that and from the video games. It's pretty interesting.

Vega is Bison's Japanese name, I didn't know that. I thought (first name M. meaning Mike) Bison was supposed to be Dee Jay, as a parody of Tyson, but was sued so they just swapped the characters around?

M. Bison is a parody of Mike Tyson, but it was Balrog, not Dee Jay. And I think Vega in Japan is named Balrog. Sagat is the only one of the four original bosses they didn't change.
