The Replacement DJ screws up 'Capsule Countdown' on the AFRVN morning show....(1968?)

Another recording from Earthstation1 dot com's AFVN TV and Radio page. Some guy temporarily takes over the regular's "Capsule Countdown" of the hit songs of the week. All the songs seem to date from 1968, so that mus be when this was recorded, probably off the AFRVN FM transmitter (wherever that was.) A total bodge results.
