Bizarre Transmission (Digital?) at 3.885 Mhz

Weird noise at 3885 kHz (3.885 Mhz). Jamming? Digital crap?
I don't know!
Found/recorded on the KFS WebSDR, July 3, 2021 6:02pm to 8:05pm and still going right now.
