Off-air recording of West Midlands Police Sergeant William Malcolm Bowden trying to terrorize other ham radio operators on a repeater sometime in 1992 or 1993. The 1991 case of Robert Hitchcock, G1MTT (he went to court for playing music on a repeater) is mentioned by Bowden. Allegedly this ex-cop is still alive (!). More information at the link below.
