The '840 clowns move to 3980 or 'Billy is Bored Again.'

Totally found at random on Wednesday the 14th. Parts of this are the collage Billy's Children use against WARFA nets ("Timmy, poor Ttimmy", the WA7BZI recordings, the guy screaming "Fuck You!", the K7ZAR recording, etc,). All of it was recorded off 3840kHz, run through Audacity, chopped, channeled, and re-transmitted. 8:36pm to 8:45pm.
