dude that's not a liger. It's a white bengal who's been too severely imbred; they can become mentally retarded just like humans can. It's really a shame. For every healthy white bengal you see in las vegas or at the zoo, six to twelve more will look like this guy. terrible waste of genetics, but it's what the market demands.......
