ssbmang | | This is the first YTMND I have seen by ROY4L, here is what I gather from the visual symbols (and how they relate to Miss Temple):
"Famous" - The sign is fading in the U, I attribute this to the concept of fame being short-lived.
"Pig" - This one gives me the most trouble. Miss Temple was seen as cute, and is wearing blue. I think the Red Pig may be opposing imagery to that concept of her. The Pig does have a Halo though, I believe it suggests that it is a good Pig/Child Star.
"Stars" - Besides the obvious, the stars are very colorful and attention grabbing, much like the hype that surrounds the class of star Miss Temple belongs to.
“Heart” – Love, Sex, Passion of one sort on her left. Miss Temple and the many girls/women/females like her have always been Sex Symbols of varying degree.
“Nickel” – Money on the right! And Nickels were worth a lot more back then. o_O
“Glass” – She’s timelessly encased in her best moment… or trapped like a bug.
“Drums” – These are yet another gimmic
