I admit I was shocked at first, but after taking some time to navigate around it's really not that bad. I like that there is more ytmnd links on each page cause you gotta admit there were too many good sites getting buried by all the crap nowadays, and I would guess most people (myself included) spent the majority of time on the main page only. Now if they just implement a way to customize your own layout and select your own color scheme then the site will be badass.
Terrorists hate us because we're free, and when you give up your freedoms in the name of fear your actually giving them exactly what they want. If you really want to learn something, turn off fox news, turn off cnn, and start picking up some books.
lol at people that got their feelings hurt by the description. This isn't a football game. The current administration resembles nothing of the true republican party. They use these same fear mongering tactics over and over and the drooling masses fall for it everytime. The cold war, the war on drugs, and now the war on terror. They use fear as a means of slowly removing freedoms all in the name of security. You know what you get when you have security without freedom? Incarceration. You are no safer now then you were before the war on terror and you never will be.
A question, do you believe in unicorns? fairies? leperchauns? If not, then why not? There is no more proof of their existance than that of a god. This is exactly where Occam's razor comes into play as JGold was refering to. "Plurality should not be posited without necessity" or to quote Aquinas "nature does not employ two instruments where one suffices". So why should it be any different with god?

...What you have actually done here is create a false dilemma in which you state that since the universe has a cause, and since we don't know what it is, then it must be god. This logical fallacy is where you cross the line from "proof that god exists" to "my faith that god exists". Basically you are starting out with a conclusion, and trying to draw out supporting facts while dismissing ones that don't support your conclusion...
Although this is a very nice presentation and I can see you put alot of work into it, the fact is you have proved nothing. You cannot use logic or science to prove the existance of god. I actually have more respect for religious people that claim a belief in god should be based on faith rather than some supposed proof that they don't have. The fact is no one knows, but if you choose to employ the scientific method to proove an existance of god you are going to be very dissapointed...
Start auto-deleteing any site under a 3 rating after say a week or so of it's creation. I'm pretty sure that would account for more than half of the ytmnds, plus there would be less sh*tty ytmnd's to swim through. It's a win win :D
