Now it's syncing better, not the best but at least somehow.

I'm so noob that I can't get the syncing work, but if you can see the "gut" word's t on the general's mouth when he talks, hold your left mouse button, move the mouse a little, and wait until the sound gets in place and it's perfect, or you can wait for the "chocolate?" word.
