This is a very old commercial. For those of you who don't know, this came out in the early 90's. It's a commercial for the Japanese version of "Link to the Past" for Super Famicom (The SNES). Peanut, you were close. The D.J. is saying "ZERUDA no densetsu", the Japanese title. "no" in Japanese is like saying "of the" or " 's " at the end of a name, and "densetsu" means "Legend".
