Awesome!
2005-07-14 18:15:51

mmm yes =)
2005-07-14 18:18:30

this needs to be on top 15 at least once.
2005-07-14 18:26:48

http://neskatamaridamancy.ytmnd.com/ Was that really necessary?
2005-07-14 18:59:00

Nice job.
2005-07-14 19:49:39

Missing animation? And the tile could look better :/
2005-07-14 19:54:28

The NES version of Lonely Rolling Star is awesome. 5/5
2005-07-14 20:29:41

This one does have better music.
2005-07-14 20:34:31

Uh, not. I like the idea and music, so you get a 4, but if you're going to try to pass if off as an NES game, at least force it to use the NES palette and only have 16-colors at a time.
2005-07-14 20:35:15

And yes, I'm being quite anal retentive about this, but, eh, what can I say? I'm a stickler over these things.
2005-07-14 22:14:20

Win.
2005-07-14 22:27:46

The music is perfect, but too many colors for 8-bit... voting 3 on average.
2005-07-15 01:21:57

Ok, the pic was altered to be only in 16 colors and in original NES ratio. Now people can stop complaining about it.
2005-07-15 01:26:54

Also, the colors are TRUE NES palette colors and I added a black border to help the tiling stand out.
2005-07-15 02:25:57

that's not a nes
2005-07-20 16:41:42

Nice work, especially the "Lonely Rolling Star" audio! ^_^
2005-07-24 20:26:09

YOU TOTALLY WIN!
2005-07-25 10:42:10

This song made me ejaculate. The chorus part is classic "deep nes"
2005-07-26 14:21:19

2005-09-03 09:28:32

Winner for 8-bit LRS .
2005-09-06 11:19:05

5. If only for using Lonely Rolling Star instead of the overdone main theme.
2005-09-10 01:23:47

Quality
2005-09-11 15:48:16

2005-09-14 22:27:36

2005-09-18 20:23:16

Katamari is for f*gs and Europeans.
2005-10-08 01:17:21

Then it would be perfect for you, RedFoxBandit.
2005-10-18 22:36:25

2005-10-19 15:56:14

2005-11-30 16:15:50

Namco totally ripped off this idea - http://www.gamespot.com/news/6141370.html
2005-12-29 20:23:53

The sound kicks ass.
2006-01-07 23:20:03

It's sounded like the Widget NES game I played.
2006-01-08 19:19:36

Actually, You made the Lonely Rolling Star music sound like Twin Bee 3.
2006-02-25 01:37:34

Wonderous.
2006-02-27 18:08:57

'('-')' _(-.-)_ *bows to ytmnd god yet again*
2006-08-05 20:18:31

5 for a Katamari YTMND without the sams music. Katamari has other great songs besides On the Rocks, people!
2006-08-25 19:12:26

I LOVE that song!
2007-01-05 13:14:56

Awesome!
2007-04-10 23:32:44

I like it.
2007-04-18 22:21:42

This is fabulous. Whoever did the music did a great job remixing it to sound like what a NES game was capable of. :)
2007-05-05 23:12:50

the nes had trouble rendering more than 3 mega man bullets. i think that katamari would make it eat itself
2007-06-14 00:45:56

that was fun psp feature ftw
2007-06-14 03:43:27

Good rendering, and the music is enthusiastic enough to make a good katamari tune.
2007-11-09 04:25:11

hey could you tell me how you made it sound 8-bit... thanks?!
