Bill Gates is an easy target, but he never got charged with bum f*cking children. Being an easy target for lawsuits is a weak argument, especially since all it does is cast a sliver of doubt, instead of actually providing evidence that the defendant is innocent. Also, a family who is not rich would have to be crazy to sue someone without at least some evidential support.

MJ liked to be around children and was a weird-looking, reclusive guy. That's why he was an easy target. Not because he was rich. Also, one of the kids whose parents sued didn't even know MJ wasn't circumcised when they asked him to describe the poor guy's junk for the police before he was examined.

Do you think the kid would want to describe MJ's junk to the audience? Certainly, you need more than money to be a target, but there isn't a lot of motivation to sue someone if they are poor.

I like how you could be like "Yeah I killed someone, it was an accident though, I was going to tell the police, eventually" and still serve in the Senate for so long.
