Hmm, what program are you using? Usually it's just a matter of changing the frame delay... unless... you're not using GifPartsMakeDisappearer™, are you?

Because I'm a relatively cheap bastard, I'm using old GIF Animator, that microsoft program you can download for free. I need to move over to photoshop, but I don't feel like dealing out the price.

Ah. I'm using an old copy of ImageReady that came with a family member's Photoshop purchase. It sucks that they refuse to sell it on its own because I'd like a newer version, and now it's rolled into PS apparently, which I can't justify buying. It's like they *want* us to torrent....

I'm pretty much tempted to torrent both Photoshop and Final Cut Pro at this point.

I actually paid for Final Cut Express, but that's because I knew that FCE would last me a good while without becoming outdated, and because I hate stealing from Apple. But my general philosophy is, if I'd never pay for it (and I don't need it for professional work), I might as well torrent it, because no one's going to be making money off me anyway.
