(after creating an adjustment layer & masking picards head within the adjustment layer) effects > color correction > change color to color > eyedrop picard skin/ blue man head > adjust brightness contrast if u want, (i did brightness -32, contrast 0.0) also: effects > color balance, everything 0 except Shadow Blue balance turned all the way up to 100 | ||||||
