People don't spray paint stuff like that around these parts I guess people are more artsy where I live :/ over here when you see graffiti over here it's that crazy graphic stuff different colors really 3D looking and all that jazz.

I don't get it. I can certainly see proof of PLANS to depopulate the globe (i'm looking at you, eugenics.) But there being a set AMOUNT of victims seems to have little "proof" outside of the Georgia Guidestones and a couple of quotes from renowned people like Ted Turner and Cousteau. a lot of topics people should be more aware of like wire-tapping, gun-control, past instances of false-flag attacks, and other things. It just seems that give the elite the mantra of Satanism or other occult ideals makes them seem MORE powerful than they really are. It's essentially giving them superpowers.

I agree. They think of themselves as some powerful supreme beings with divine rights to rule this planet... but in reality, they're NOTHING! And they actually are satanists. Evil, but true.
