Thanks for the comment Akrom. I hope you overcome your dislike of algebra, math and giraffes. As for my calligraphy, I will admit that it is poor, although I don't know if it is comparable to that of a one year, seeing as they generally don't write. I will however try to improve it. As for 'my' supposed spelling mistake, I think you may have misunderstood the picture. That was written by my teacher, and as far as I know he spelled indeed correctly. It is possible, however, that we go by different variations

I was actually considering using another one, but I was too lazy, and just wanted to upload it. I think it works though, even if it is a little overused.

Ghost Love never works anymore. Never. I dont care if its the funniest ytmnd i have ever seen and i poop my internal organs laughing. This song has been so overused that its dead to me. I wont penalize you for it though.

I appreciate the advice, and a lot of people seem to feel the same way. I'll try to avoid using fad music in future.

If the majority of people think this way than I suppose it has to be... I, however, will never tire of the classic "Epic Maneuver" sites that include this song.

I don't see why it's inappropriate. The drawing is obviously of a ghost giraffe ( it's white), a lot of love clearly went into it, and he received a higher score because of it. I don't think you're reading far enough into this.

College instructors are ALWAYS more lenient about this crap. I had a psychology instructor once who gave out an assignment to write an essay about a chair he brought into class. The point of the essay was to explain (in two paragraphs or more) why the chair may not actually exist. One student's entire essay was one sentence, "What Chair?" The student received an A.

It's very different from high school algebra (ax+b kind of stuff). It focuses mainly on matrices, the determinant function, vector spaces and related stuff. So far it's been very different from anything I've seen before.

No problem, we all make typos. Thanks for the feedback, in actuality I'm in Dawson College, a school with 7500 full time students and an additional 2500 part time students. Dawson College is in Montreal, Canada. Linear Algebra, the course in which this test was assigned, is taught in semester 3, which is equivalent to grade 13 by American standards. Dawson college also has about a 65% graduation rate. Although I must agree that matrices are easy, they are only a small part of the course. Hope that helps!

I come from a military family, and I lived in South Carolina for 5 years (2nd-6th grade) and I went to high school in Montana, so I'm from nowhere.
