The thing is I cant vote 5 because of I know that he gets shot and syncing is a minor problem. But the real problem is that I would have been suprised and laughed if the gunshot image came before the gunshot sound.

screaming for perfection on an imperfect medium is harsh - we can't help it that ytmnd loading sucks and destroys the timing - refreshing usually solves this

fair enough to shoover --- ^i think this gif slows down on some comps for some reason. slows on my laptop too. but fine on my desktop.

Don't get so defensive. The sync IS off. Duplicate your first frame and set the delay to 0.0 seconds, because sometimes the first frame gets skipped by the preloader. Also, use some dither for christ's sake
