Dude, have you fully taken it up with ebay? That's fraud across state boundaries, IE a federal offense.

yes. it's all said and done according to ebay/paypal. that's why i was forced to use such means.
2008-02-28 06:11:33

I have been scammed on ebay twice as a seller now, once i shipped to an address that wasnt confirmed under paypal... if the address isnt confirmed through paypal.. and ebay and the buyer issues any complaint saying they didnt get it they get a refund... all this dispite the fact i have tracking info showing the package was delivered to the address listed on the ebay profile.... dont do any transaction through paypal ismy advice paypal will rape you as a seller and leave u out to dry ... i lost $1200 toscam

There's probably better ways to go about resolving this than to spam him. But good luck anyhow.

The YTMND army is a team; lives, sleeps, eats, fights as a team. This individual heroic stuff is a lot of crap.

i disagree.

2008-02-28 15:33:19

YTMND is like a big f*ggy family. We take care of our own. Or did you forget the eBaum war?
2008-02-28 06:57:28

It's simple, Ebay doesn't actually check whether the items are counterfeit as the complaint is sent. This is more stupidity on the authority's part. Therefore, justice can be found by any and all means.

Scammers are simply clever people who take advantage of idiots who make ytmnd accounts for the sole purpose of "demanding justice" lmfao

Kassius IS the Pope, so it would make sense that his profile pic would be Jesus

asking the users of a primarily comedy-related website to help you "exact justice" on someone is like hiring Bobcat Goldthwait to be your defense attorney

We are all brothers of internet justice. When bastards seek to ruin the internet. It is our duty to band together and rape them.

Because we have free will? Because we shouldn't be expected to jump every time someone makes a "call to arms" ytmnd site? Because (the misfortune of your situation notwithstanding) we have better things to do? Because "internet wars" and e-mail vendettas are little more than annoyances and ultimately stupid? I could go on.

2008-02-29 15:25:20

i wasn't implying anything about free will. chill out a little dude, it's the internet. if you don't like it, leave. you obviously have better things to do with your time that you're spending on ytmnd.

You asked why ytmnd shouldn't be your personal army, and I gave a few answers. You're the one getting exercised in this exchange; it's just sort of amusing to me (the whole "internet vendetta" thing, not your very crappy experience with PayPal, et al.). "Chill out a little dude, it's the internet." B)

You sent him the thing, right? THEN POST HIS MAILING ADDRESS so everyone can mail him a box of (literal) sh*t.
