But making numerous accounts and revenge voting people who point out that you're using other accounts does ruin this place. You are no one to talk and you know it. I thought you were allowed to vote according to your own schema. If you don't like a site and you want to vote 1, that's your prerogative. Multiple accounts are against the rules, but I don't see any accusations of that sort of business. The one thing that is quite obvious is that a vote cannot "ruin" a site, as the rating has nothing to do with the site, it cannot change the image or the sound, and is merely a sorting tool which is determined by the aggregate of the voters' scores, including 1's and 5's.

And, honestly, fourest's blind upvoting of sh*tty sites just so he can comment and get brown nosing upvotes from those he upvotes is a much larger issue than downvoting sites you don't like. At least DarthWang is voting according to his preferences, fourest is using his votes as a means to get his own sites upvoted. I think the huge amount of whining babies on ytmnd is a much bigger problem than anything DarthWang does. He doesn't always just leave a number as a comment, and even when he does do that, it's not any worse than the common "LOL" or "hahaha" comments. It states how he feels about the site.

I have very good reasons to downvote sites that misuse the preloader. I've gone over them many times. It takes a lot to win over 4.5, dood. Top Rated This Week is lucky to get a 4.5 in its high-spot, so the 4.25 for this site is pretty status quo. I've always felt U&C should lower its standards to 3.5 because of how harsh viewers tend to be these days.
