it's pretty fascistic... he was being escorted with both hands behind his back (making it seem as though he was being arrested), and the cops didn't answer when he asked if he was being arrested. He was placed under arrest for thrashing and trying to break free from this obvious disregard of the 1st amendment. He was essentially arrested for resisting arrest (orwell, anybody?), and regardless of what he was doing, he obviously wasn't a threat to the cops, so they shouldn't have tased him.

The problem is that people see him as getting what he deserves for being loud when people should be seeing the fact that police can do this now at any demonstration and f*ck all the rights we should have.
