I used to get lots of pop-ups and slow speeds using IE, then I switched to Geico. I mean Firefox.

Ah, I see. After doing some research, I see that there are a handful of issues with invasive ads concerning IE. I must never notice them personally, using a pop up blocker and anti virus software pretty liberally on my own computer. I apologize for unfairly generalizing users of Firefox.
