No, sorry, it is just SWIMMING ice, unlike the south pole which is "dry" land. Now what do we see on a map? LAND!!!! What do we see on a satelite photo? A LOT MORE THAN YUST THAT! 1 for just not being funny, at all, and for poor jpg quality, and for using the most overused audio file!

I for one Welcome the North-West Passage, a direct (!) sea travel shortcut from Europe to Asia around Canada without any canal. And I stand corrected, it is one of the 3 most overused audio files.
