Well the problem with the sequels is the fact that it wasn't designed as a trilogy. They made the first one and it had a semi-open ending, so they decided "let's milk more out of this franchise" so they made it into a trilogy. The third one even had an open ending, so they'll probably make more because people won't listen when i tell them it's not worth the money. They're entertaining to me, just not so much "good". It's the kind of movie where I leave the theater feeling icky and craving marijuana.

In all honesty, the final fight in the whirlpool is one of the things that saved the movie. Up until then it was really hard to follow and confusing.

However the marriage during the fight was a bit tacky. (I saw the movie yesterday btw)

I read from a lot of movie reviewers that the plot was too complex, etc ,etc. But seeing it... I have to say that's the idea. The whole point of this movie I see is that they're all out for their own gains, and allt he plot twists and backstabs are all just a part of piracy. How's this for a plot hole? The movie opens with Elizabeth and co. in Singapore, which is separated from the Caribbean by the PACIFIC OCEAN and Central America. Why are they halfway around the world, you ask? Because, as they say, THEY NEED A SHIP. Yes. They somehow travelled to Singapore so they could GET a ship. Questions? Great site, btw. Also, c*cks.

They said they needed a ship, they ultimately revealed they NEED him to go to the pirate council (and a crew, they likely found passage on a merchant vessel of some sorts). There were Spanish towns in Panama with ports at this time. One of the great pirate raids involved the sacking of one of those towns. It's not unbelievable that they hiked across Panama to hitch a ride on a merchant vessel. Besides, it's a movie, it's meant to be enjoyed. Not nitpicked like some Star Wars nerd.

Oh yea, they were also there for THE VERY MAP IN THIS YTMND.

Will turner was going to marry his life partner who turns out to be his half brother!!!!!

Okay, on second review, I realized that YTMNDs that are only funny because of what the title says, and otherwise would loose their point, are kinda stupid. So I suggest you perhaps edit the map to look more a script. I won't change my vote, though, because I'm nice.

The fact it's an exact clip from the movie is what makes it funny. If he just had Barbossa holding a script with a hole in it, then he might as well just use any character holding a script with a hole in it, and then he just might as well just say it had plot holes, and all in all remove any kind of wittiness from the ytmnd. And there are loads of ytmnds that are funny because of their title. If a ytmnd is funny, does it matter what part of it makes it funny?
