Yeah, all of the three people who change the default settings so they can actually see NSFW sites must agree with you. Right now marking a site NSFW essentially guarantees it won't get any views.

It should by default, show nsfw pages, and just have an option so you don't see them if you don't want to watch them. And just leave it the way it was the rest of the way with nsfw in front of it and having the warning before you enter.
