| you could cut them all out, put them on the same layer and size them as you go, then ghost them all at the same time (Stroke to make an outline, and then Blur). that should cut it down to about three days' work in PhotoShop... and another 4 days in AdGif | ||||||

It's gotten so bad that I decided to buy every single release (yes, on VHS) of the pre-SE Star Wars Trilogy instead of buying the DVDs.
