what a coincidence. just yesterday, I found out what that flag was for. I had always seen one at parades, 4th of July celebrations, and other special events but I'd never seen one up close. I finally search google the other day for the letters that I thought I could see on one of them (POW MIA) and then my question was answered. And the next day someone makes a ytmnd containing the flag.
