| Well, that seems kinda dumb. Really the hacker should have been sent to prison, seeing as hacking is a form of invasion of privacy and is a federal offence. Also he didn't have any probable cause what so ever, and the claim would have been made null and void. The case should have been tosed out the window, and I think the judge should have steped down from his position though. | ||||||
