It doesn't work like that, we (the moderators) are the ones who decide if it's NSFW or SFW. The buttons are just there so we can tell what the majority of the people think (it shows up like 90% say NSFW, 10% say SFW). Just a convenience.

Actually, I don't mean to burst your bubble here, but it's too easy for a user to sfw his own site again. All they need to do is edit and check "I am confident this site is worksafe." If it really is worksafe, then mods won't care about the change. But I still fived this because I laughed while I watched it.

It doesn't work. mods are just sent reports saying "x people marked this NSFW" and then they can choose to make it NSFW. The site is protected due to being in the Hall of Fame, so it can't be changed to NSFW by a mod. Besides, the site isn't actually NSFW. Just wait it out, however annoying it is, until the new moderator force is implemented and action is taken.

why not just split the views by making dulplicates of the site?

Wrecksan: Sphonix had his site HOF'd by max. In short, he can't do anything with it. However, we can influence it indirectly whether by emailing Tom Mabe or by petitioning or by forcing it on top of the moderation queue.

That's not how the system works. NSFW/SFW is not an automated democratic process - it just marks the site as nsfw or sfw and when a mod comes along he makes the final decision on how to classify the site.

Just look at #2 as #1. Get over it. NSFWing the site will make it go away? Like you think Max isnt making money off the unsolicited hits by unregistered users? 2k? If you think Max is losing money here, you are mistaken. Id like to see the invoice of his earnings, not just the "Invoice" for bandwidth.
