It really doesn't matter if you mention that you saw someone else do it. They not only used the image already. Their title was the same too. Changing the audio and doing nothing else does not make it yours. And it only makes it worse that you didn't mention the name of the person you copied this from.

Actually he didin't create it either, if you checked the origins. And I'm not artistic enough to do my own great work yet. Besides, did you check the image origin? No other sites are actually using mine.

The site that first used that image was even worse than his, and was made back in 2005.
