that's true shoover, but this site is funny with farts. Murdar's a master of contextualization, and farts have a lot to do with that---they have a fantastic stigma of being totally inappropriate and juvenile, disgusting, and earthly. all the same, people like Chaucer and Shakespeare found a place for farts in their own work, as a way of evoking connotations of crudeness or inappropriateness. Murdar, on the other hand, uses farts to undermine any and all seriousness that's to be found in his sites.

SpaceAdventures is a good example of Murdar's sense of humour and use of farts. As usual, his site descriptions are a big part of this series, with the inconsistent naming poking fun both at the anonymous, typical nature of the series' protagonist (look at that haircut!) and his un-sexy, un-ambitious behaviour (laying back farting and jerking his stick). So the farts are a pretty important part of what this site's getting at.
