Not sure...for some reason sites like to suddenly fall out of up and coming around this time. I don't know why, pisses me off too. Happened to me a few times where it seems to fall off way before it's time...

Apparently it happens after a site gets 300 votes. Wobbles' site had 299, I voted, and it disappeared from U&C.
