Up until a few months ago I used verizon DSL and were very happy with them. Until, that is, they said to me, "debit cards" are not allowed for payment. So I called them up and spoke to a rep and told them that's how I was paying for three years and she said, "well that must have been an error". An error three years in the running? F*cking morons. Meanwhile they are accepting debit payments if you pay the full year. Screw them. I dropped them and am using Wifi for free access now.

I will assume Verizion charges 1/5 cents per Kb, in which case you owe $71.79 However the phone representive quoted the rate at 1/500 cents per Kb. You could argue that you were falsely charged by rates based on this phone conversation. However, if you previously agreed to a phone plan through Verizon where the flat rate was 1/5 cents per kB, despite whatever they quote, you owe $71.79
