A downvoter is someone who just sits there giving everything he/she sees a 1 just to bring a rating down, regardless of whether they like it or not. If something is sh*t, give it a 1 by all means. But downvoters do it to random sites (and sometimes target good ones). They're pricks. |

| TheOminousThey, I don't think that's the point of half of these downvoter sites. Most of them depict the users that are MAINLY downvote. The ones that have one thousand 1's and three 5's. Yes, there are a lot of bad sites on here, but I doubt the ratio is that tremendous, considering i've seen a ton of decent to extremely good site's that get 1's from *ssh*l*es that say "sh*t, gtfo f*g" These are the targets in most of these downvoters sites, especially this one.
