I know what episode this is from! "Rocky Just Wants To Have Fun." In it, Lord Zedd puts a spell on Rocky (the Red Ranger) that makes him want to play all the time. Then the rangers fight a big Pachinko machine monster and Rocky runs back and forth like this.
