| The song is called "Soaring Quails" by Horse the Band (yes, the full name is Horse the Band) off of their album "The Mechanical Hand". On that album they also have a song about Birdo, and on their previous album "R. Borlax", they have a song about Cutsman from Megaman. People call them "Video game hardcore".
