Goddamnit he wasn't on acid. He was in character for "Rubin & Ed" and he and David letterman had a big laugh. But yeah, he really is a little nuts.

It was all an act. He later told Letterman that he had never been on his show, that "Rubin Farr" had been impersonating him. He is nuts and I love him for it. XD
