Hi, I know the solution to the preloader problem. Or at least one that I had. When encoding at 64kbps LAME it sped up the sound while using the preloader. When I went up to 128kbps it worked just fine.

I also had the problem with the preloader. I changed the khz of the sound from 32 to 44 and that fixed it.
