| IP relay is a service for deaf/mute people to type in AIM and a guy(or girl) reads it on the phone to the person you tell them to call. He then types their response. Its also fun to prank people with it, but i think you go to hell if you do it too much. | ||||||

| IP Relay operators have to say anything you tell them to say. Unless you copy and past stupid stuff for them then they wont say it and will disconect on you but usually whatever you type they will say. | ||||||
