(a+b)(a-b)=(a-b) Since a and b are the same, subtracting would give you zero and cause the error when you divide | ||||||

| The purpose of algebra is to work out unknown numbers. 'A' is the unknown number, so taking it out the equation defies the point of algebra. Leave it in and you'll find the only 2 possible outcome is a=0 and 'a is indeterminent'. I've had to do advance maths at univesity. 4'd for the picture. | ||||||
