For all the unbelievers, the image is a JPEG, and can't be animated. I downloaded the audio loop and tested it, it's a short loop with no screamer. This can all be tested, just try it.

Here's an awesome idea: let this reside in the top 15 for a while, and when it hits its peak, just subtly edit the audio, turn it into a GIF screamer, and turn every YTMND user paranoid and dillusional for the rest of their lives.
