Working in the healthcare field, I know that nurses dealing with handicapped patients are more tolerant of patient's actions then a one time occurance, and they definately don't go filing charges for a tug on their skirt.

As for cease and decist letters, I have sent several, including one to eBaum's World. None have fulfilled my request. I did not send one to YTMND because, quite frankly, it was the only website to feature my brother in a positive light (sometimes).
