| why'd you repost? you were 3 votes away from landing on the top 5 rated section | ||||||
| as per your question: if you get 10-11 (i forget) votes and your'e rating is still over 4.25 or so you'll get listed on the 'top 5 rated' section (ctd...) | ||||||
| when the main page refreshes. for most sites that only lasts 20 minutes or so, since everyone gets high expectations and downvotes like crazy... but you get a boost in views, which could make you top 15 depending on the time of day. | ||||||
