| Actually the base of Windows 1.0 - ME. NT,2000,XP,etc are no longer built on top of DOS. | ||||||
| Windows NT line (NT, 2000, XP) isn't built on top of DOS, but Windows ME, 98, and earlier are. | ||||||
| Remember CMD.EXE? Good. I know he's wrong, but you still can find that in new Windows. | ||||||
