| i cut back on the stuff i DONT have (railroads, subways, etc) when u start the city, all you need are roads, so why pay for thing you dont have yet? then later on, pay for that crap, and start funding them. Sux the game doesnt tell you these little helpful hints so you dont go backrups in the first years of your city. 4'd for the memories on a game that got me through those boring days in 8th grade computer class :D | ||||||
