as I have heard, due to issues with royalties they are not releasing ghost and will be pushing it back to PS3, Wii, and 360 at the sametime. This I am not sure of, but I know its issues with royalties.

Well i had friends at EB that told me the beta was out earlier this year. and Blizzard was disappointed on its quality and they have decided to take it back to the drawing boards and they said they wouldn't bother releasing it for almost another decade. GG

well.. it took a lil more than two years after schedualed release date for Sierra to put out Swat 4... and it turned out to be a very big disapointment.. so if I was you.. just forget about it.. it might not be worth it.

Well in the mean time, try out Prey. I just beat the game and it is a great game. Of course nothing will ever compare to Half Life!

C&C Renegade was NOT a bad game. EA's support was bad. I played it for over two years and it was at the point where the PLAYERS made an anti-cheat and a patch.

starcraft ghost was shelved, such is the fate of some vaporware. i liked that sound better with final fantasy 12 because it had been three years in the making

I've thought that Ghost was a bad idea from day 1. I'm tired of flashy FPS games. RTS stuff does not translate well into FPS, just look at C&C Renegade. Although, I have to give you +1 since I agree that it's annoying as all hell when a company makes promises only to renege years later.

On second thought, +2 since I'm also quite annoyed how WoW became Blizzard's world. Everything else was left to rot on the vine...

I got to play the demo at E3 05 and it was frikin awesome. I have no clue why they canceled it.

Yes, it has in fact been cancelled. Thought that was widely known. No, they didn't cancel it because of WoW. They cancelled it because they contracted it out, the other company screwed it up, they took the project back, and then realized it was designed to be an XBOX1 game and wasn't marketable. Goodbye Ghost.
