make their cars look better, the NSX engine can easily be tweak to about 400 hp. its a v6. think about it.I've seen the v4 vtecs at 300 hp. so that v6 can definately be tweaked up fairly easily. with minimal investment.

Duh, the cars here are Acuras, not Hondas. Although Honda owns Acura. And Honda/Acura kick the sh*t out of most American cars, check ConsumerReports.

Hondas (also Acuras) don't need to make as much power as other cars do, they're lighter, most of their engines are higher reving than anything else, also. This doesn't seem to have a negative impact on life, because Hondas also last a feckerin' long time. Also your sound loop if pure fecies, and your sources are non-existant.
